§1 Collection, processing and use of personal data
(1) Dafi Express collects, processes and uses personal data of the customer such as name, address, email address, telephone number and payment information as part of the business relationship exclusively for the purpose of contract processing, customer service and invoicing.
(2) The data is neither sold to third parties nor used for advertising purposes. It is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill the contract, for example to transport companies for the delivery of goods.

§2 Customer consent
(1) By registering on the online platform and with each order, the customer consents to the collection, processing and use of his personal data by Dafi Express.
(2) The customer has the right to revoke his consent at any time with effect for the future. In this case, Dafi Express will delete the customer’s data immediately, unless there are statutory retention periods to the contrary.

§3 Data security
(1) Dafi Express takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the customer’s personal data from unauthorized access, loss and falsification.
(2) The customer is obliged to treat his access data confidentially and not to pass it on to third parties.

§4 Right to information
The customer has the right to request information about the data stored about him at any time.
