1. Customs may hold packages for reasons beyond our control and Dafi Express will not be responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred as a result. This information is indicative and may vary for reasons beyond our control. There may be instances where data is incomplete (e.g. an unreported phone number) or for other reasons.

2. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. The email will contain a tracking number. You can check the status of your order in “My Account”. Click on “My Orders” to view the status of your order and obtain the tracking number.

If you find that: 1) your package was not delivered on time; 2) the tracking shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it; or 3) your package contains missing or incorrect items, please contact customer service within 45 days from the date of payment so that the issues can be resolved. For other orders, products and logistics issues, please contact customer service within 90 days of the payment date, although this does not affect your legal rights.

Currently, the economic shipping method is unable to obtain logistics tracking information. The actual status of the delivery is subject to notification by the logistics service provider.

During peak season, delivery times may be longer due to sales. Thank you for your patience. You can track your package through your account.

* Due to inventory issues, packages may be shipped from different warehouses. Packages shipped from different warehouses may also have different shipping times.

Orders with a value (Germany: order over €176; Austria: order over €179; Luxembourg: order over €174) are subject to a handling fee (including customs fees, warehouse management and customs clearance fees), the exact amount of which depends on the total order value.

Within 6 months of the shipment date, click the “Confirm Delivery” button. After that, the button will turn gray and can no longer be used to collect more points.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may vary due to flights, weather conditions or other external factors. For a more accurate delivery date, please consult the tracking information.
